AI usage, clearly explained
100 credits = $1.
A voice minute = 100 credits.
Standalone Nova includes 2,000 monthly credits: $20 of AI usage value, or up to 20 voice minutes when used entirely for voice. Chat uses the same wallet.
Text and other AI usage consume credits according to the model and task. We confirm the usage schedule before activation. Top-ups: 1,000 credits for $10; 5,000 credits for $50; 10,000 credits for $100.

Can Nova work with my existing website?
Yes. Nova can be installed on a supported third-party website, or used for phone answering independently of the widget. Standard standalone setup is $299 one-time. We confirm compatibility and any custom work first.
What is the difference between standalone Nova and the Website add-on?
Standalone Nova includes chat, browser voice, phone answering, and 2,000 monthly AI credits. Website already includes Nova chat and 1,000 credits. Its $149/month voice add-on adds 2,000 credits, bringing the shared allowance to 3,000.
How much voice time is included?
A voice minute uses 100 credits. Standalone Nova’s 2,000 credits cover up to 20 voice minutes when used entirely for voice. Chat and other enabled AI tasks consume the same wallet. Extra credits add usage; they do not unlock paid features.
Can Nova book appointments or transfer calls?
We connect your supported calendar and phone workflow during setup, then agree on when Nova books, transfers, or asks your team to follow up. Integrations and available actions are confirmed before activation.
What happens when a person needs to take over?
You define escalation rules during setup. Nova can collect the request, summarize the conversation, and notify the right person for follow-up. The exact handoff is scoped around your team’s workflow.
How does Nova fit with Pro and Ultra?
Pro and Ultra include Nova voice and standard activation. Pro includes 3,000 shared monthly AI credits; Ultra includes 10,000. The shared dashboard and expanded modules are in development, and we confirm availability before you subscribe.
